Instructions for funding from the Little Angel Foundation of the Red Cross Foundation of China

1. Funding targets

①Poverty-stricken families, aged 0-14 years old and suffering from leukemia Adolescents and children;

②Patients and families are actively cooperating with the hospital for treatment.

2. Subsidy application

① Hold a family poverty certificate issued by the township, unit, street, etc.;

② Hold a domestic top three with qualifications for diagnosis and treatment of hematology Childhood leukemia diagnosis certificate and medical expense budget statement issued by the hospital's hematology specialist and hematology attending physician or above (stamped with the official seal of the hospital);

③ Fill in the funding application form and submit it to the China Red Cross Foundation Apply.

3. Funding review

①Based on the funding application materials, the Project Cooperation Department of China Red Cross Foundation submits preliminary evaluation opinions;

②Organize an expert review meeting , select funding recipients

③Publish on the institution’s website for 5 working days

④Determine funding recipients

4. Funding standards: Each confirmed funding recipient For poor children with leukemia, the maximum subsidy amount is 50,000 yuan. Note: Little Angel Fund application method 1. Children and adolescents aged 0 to 14 years old with leukemia and whose families are financially poor can be applicants themselves or their parents (or legal guardians) Apply for funding from the "Little Angel Fund". 2. Qualified applicants log on to the official website of the Red Cross Foundation of China (/gb/xiaots/xiaots.asp), download and print the application form (in duplicate), fill it out and submit it to the Red Cross Society at or above the county level (including county-level ) submit an application for help. 3. After reviewing the information submitted by the applicant, the Red Cross Society at or above the county level will stamp the official seal on the "Little Angel Fund Funding Application Form", keep one copy for record, and send one copy to the Little Angel Fund of the China Red Cross Foundation.
