How to send a message to turn off the message service fee of Agricultural Bank of China?

Hello, the messaging service cannot be turned off while sending text messages.

If you use our bank’s debit card, you can cancel the debit card SMS notification through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click “All →Assistant→SMS Notification→Maintenance/Logout" (clear all bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page during operation), turn off the debit card SMS notification, and there is no need to verify K treasure and K order. As shown below:

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Security→Message Service→Logout" to close the debit card SMS notification. You need to verify the K treasure and K order.

3. Self-service terminal: On the welcome page of the Agricultural Bank of China's self-service terminal, click "Message Customization" to perform SMS notification logout operations. Please refer to the actual function display of the machine for details.

4. Counter: The card owner is required to bring his/her valid ID and bank card to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide for processing.

Warm reminder: If you are notified by SMS that you are in arrears, you must pay the fee before you can cancel. Fujian Province (excluding Xiamen) does not currently support cancellation through mobile banking and online banking channels; Gansu does not currently support cancellation through self-service terminal channels.

If you use our bank's credit card, please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service" or call our credit card center hotline 4006695599 to cancel the credit card full transfer SMS reminder service.
