I found a post about E52 text messages being silent. I guess the problem is the same, which is caused by too many text messages being stored.

I know the reason

This problem is caused by too many text messages in the mobile phone's inbox. It is initially estimated that this problem will occur if the number of text messages in the inbox exceeds 1,400.

In my case, there were 1,522 messages in my inbox, and there was no sound even when I turned on the outdoor profile. When I deleted more than 1,000 messages, the message notification sound returned to normal.
