Notice of violation of policy

Hello,

After further reviewing the activities related to your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership or the membership related to your account has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activities. Therefore, your Apple Developer Program account has been marked for deletion.

We find that your application directly violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states:

You shall not directly or indirectly engage in any behavior aimed at interfering with Apple's software or services, the intent of this Agreement or Apple's business practices, including but not limited to taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, customized application distribution or programs (for example, submitting fraudulent review of your own application or any third-party application, choosing a name for your application that is basically similar to the name of a third-party application to confuse consumers, or cybersquatting the application name to prevent legitimate third-party use).

During our review, we found a pattern of manipulation or misleading behavior, which violated the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These behaviors may include, but are not limited to, inaccurate metadata describing your application or service, misleading application content, participating in untrue rating and comment manipulation, providing misleading customer support reply, providing misleading reply at the solution center, participating in misleading purchase or bait switch plan, and other dishonest or fraudulent activities inside and outside the application.

If you want to appeal to the App Audit Committee about this termination, you must do so within 14 calendar days. When submitting an appeal, please be sure to select "I want to appeal against application rejection or application removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact Application Audit Team page. Otherwise, your membership in the Apple Developer Program will be terminated and all applications related to your account will be deleted from the App Store.

Note: This deletion is a serious violation of Apple's regulations. This account is blocked, and all applications under this account and items on TestFlight will be deleted.

How to solve:

1. How to restock it?

Change your account, change your boundid and refer to the rest: /p/fded0b095035? Mainly: modify the project name, modify the class name, confuse the resource name, modify the UI, and then put it on the shelves again.

2. How to avoid:

Since all the illegal projects have been done, it is inevitable to be found off the shelf. If the project is very important, you should make second-hand preparations in advance.

(1) Apply for the second or more Apple developer accounts in advance, so as to avoid the waiting time when applying for the accounts and avoid being removed from the shelves.

(2) Update the version of 2)APP as little as possible. When updating, don't write too specific content. Apple will carefully review the specific content and easily find out the problem.

(3) Try not to brush comments. Even if you brush comments, you should find a more formal company to brush normally. Among the projects I actually encountered, there are currently two applications that have been taken down due to comments.

(4)APP score, try not to be too low, too low is easy to be checked.

Only a small amount of the above can be avoided, but it is still possible to be found after doing the above. Among the projects actually encountered, at present, one has fully realized the above contents, or has been removed from the shelf. So get a second hand.
