First, the network service right provides high-speed service of 5G network, in which the downlink peak rate of 5G extreme speed service is better than that of 5G premium service under the condition of good coverage of 5G network and no network congestion. Second, the network service authority provides better access service guarantee in the case of network congestion, in which the access service guarantee ability of 5G extreme speed service is better than that of 5G advanced service.
