What should I do if I forget to declare my degree when transferring from elementary school to junior high school?

If you forget to apply for a degree, you can go to the Municipal Education Bureau to re-apply.

Parents of school-age children submit the original degree application materials to the school for verification. After confirming that the online pre-registration information for school-age children is consistent with the submitted original information, the school will receive a copy of the degree application materials and confirm with the parents’ signatures. The Primary One Place Application Form shall be signed and stamped in duplicate, with one copy held by the school and parents each.

Required materials for re-application:

1. Household register;

2. Child’s birth certificate;

3. Housing certification materials. That is, proof of real estate in the school's enrollment area or housing purchase and rental contracts and other materials.
