(3) Fast payment limit:

1, users without certificates are between 0 and 5,000 yuan, and they need SMS verification if they exceed 200 yuan.

2.200-5,000 yuan (inclusive) requires SMS verification, but if a digital certificate has been installed, SMS verification is not required.

3, through the fast payment (including cartoons) to pay and recharge more than 5000 yuan need to install a digital certificate.
