The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly control the flow of personnel. Key enterprises such as "four guarantees" enterprises, "white list" enterprises, key logistics parks and key logistics enterprises can conduct closed-loop production and operation if they meet the closed management conditions, and suspend production and operation if they do not meet the conditions. Other industrial and commercial enterprises suspend production and business activities.

Fourth, strictly manage specialized agencies. Five, strict inspection and control of intercity traffic checkpoints. If it is not necessary, it will be unfair. In addition to the protection of life, production, epidemic prevention vehicles, other vehicles are not allowed to enter and exit in principle. Transit vehicles bypass.
