Can Yin Netease account be retrieved with ID card?

Yin's Netease account can't be retrieved with his ID card, but only with his mobile phone. You can change your mobile phone to an email address, but you can't change your ID card. We all know that Netease can't modify its ID card in Battle.net.

1. Log in to Netease Account Center, enter your game account, drag the slider to verify, and click Next.

2. Click to get the verification code, edit the short message "Retrieve Password" and send it to10698163016331.

3. Enter the received 6-digit verification code, and then click Next.

4. Enter the new password, and then click Next.
