Provisions on handling bank SMS complaints

Bank staff must show their certificates and explain their identity and purpose when collecting money at home. They shall not use unreasonable means such as violence or threats to collect money, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of borrowers.

Reporting directly to the CBRC may not be the best choice. The CBRC is mainly responsible for the supervision and management of the banking industry, rather than directly handling individual complaints or reports. Therefore, if your complaint or report is related to the bank's business or behavior, it is best to complain or report to the bank.
