Hello, how to refund the bicycle dispatching fee? According to the SMS, the car has been sent back to the service area within 24 hours.

1. First, in your mobile phone, log in to Hello Travel and click "My Order", as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, find the order with the shift fee deducted, and click to enter the order details.

3. Then in the opened page, there is a "Customer Service" icon, which can switch to manual customer service. Explain to customer service how the shift fee is generated. If the reason is established, the shift fee can be successfully refunded.

4. After the refund is confirmed, the Hello travel order details page will take effect immediately, as shown in the figure below.
