How to receive Apple's SMS special effects?

Use message effects through iMessage messages on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

By imitating my emoticon sticker effect, bubble effect, full-screen animation and camera special effects, IMessage information is more expressive.

You need to use iMessage messages to send message effects. Understand the difference between iMessage information and SMS/MMS. According to different operators, there may be communication charges for sending SMS/MMS. If you use iMessage information but Wi-Fi is not available, you may incur cellular data charges.

Send messages with special effects

With information special effects, you can use bubble effect to change the display mode of information bubbles, or you can add animation effect to the screen with full-screen effect. You can even add simulated stickers when using bubble effect or full screen effect.

Add bubble effect

Open Messages and tap the Write button to start writing new messages. Or select an existing conversation.

Enter information or insert a photo, and then press and hold the "Send" button to send the information.

Tap the gray dot to preview the information bubble and preview the bubble effect.

Click the "Send" button to send the information button.

To replay the received message effect, please click the "Replay" button under the corresponding message to replay the message effect button. If you can't receive the bubble effect, please check your "Reduce Dynamic Effect" setting.

A full-screen effect will be displayed on the iPhone.

Add full screen effect

Open Messages and tap the Write button to start writing new messages. Or select an existing conversation.

Enter your information.

Press and hold the Send button to send a message, and then tap Screen.

Swipe left to see the full screen effect.

Click the "Send" button to send the information button.

To replay the message effect you received, please click the "replay" button under the corresponding message to replay the message effect. If you can't receive full-screen effects, please check your "Reduce Dynamic Effects" setting.
