Can 3G mobile phones receive video messages or emails?

Not currently supported. You need mobile phone support and network support.

TD-SCDMA has not yet opened the function of video short message (actually, the multimedia message function can realize video, but the current capacity is too small, and a new standard enlarged file format will be specified later);

What kind of 3G network to use must use the corresponding 3G mobile phone.
