What is ICP filing, ICP, and online text, and which companies need to handle it?

Icp filing: refers to the filing of websites and domain names. This record is submitted to the Communications Administration, and finally a record number is obtained, such as Beijing icp for xxxxx (the website online in Chinese mainland needs icp for record).

Icp license: The enterprise applies to the communication administration bureau where the company is located, provided that icp is put on record and meets the application conditions. Finally, it got a new paper certificate with the certificate number: Jing -xxxxx. Note: individuals on record cannot apply for icp business license. (Operating websites need to apply for icp business license).

The network culture business license shall be examined and approved by the provincial cultural bureau and the cultural department. Enterprises engaged in online games, music, animation, performances, exhibitions, competitions, works of art, virtual currency and other industries need to apply for a network culture business license, referred to as "Wang Wenwen".

Enterprises engaged in Internet cultural products can apply for icp business license only after obtaining the network cultural business license.
