Alipay overseas direct purchase notice uploads ID card, where to upload it?

after you successfully submit the order, if the order needs to upload your ID card, Alipay will notify the user to upload the ID card through email, SMS and Want Want.

after receiving the reminder, you can upload your ID card through the following steps.

Step1: after receiving the prompt, you can log in to AliPay. After logging in successfully, enter the Alipay transaction record to find the corresponding order;

Step2: click to view the order details, and there will be a button to upload your ID card in the page; Click Upload ID card to upload pictures;

Step 3: the user clicks to upload the ID card;

After the ID card is uploaded successfully, we will have a full-time customer service assistant to review the ID card picture.

Xiao Er will review the pictures before 24 o'clock the next day. If the picture review is unsuccessful, Alipay system will receive SMS and email reminders from the system. You can log in to Alipay again to enter the order details and upload your ID card.
