Huawei P1 MMS failed to send or receive.

Please first check whether the sending/receiving failed due to the following reasons:

When the data service is closed, MMS cannot be sent and received. Please turn on the data service switch and try again.

the network status or signal is not good. Please try again where the signal is strong.

the recipient information is not filled in correctly. Please correct it and try again.

the edited MMS exceeds the upper limit of 3KB set by the operator. Please delete some contents and try sending again.

the mobile phone is in arrears. Please pay the fee and try again.

there is not enough memory to receive. Please free some memory to make the remaining space of the device larger than 3 KB.

If the above reasons are not, please try the following solutions:

MMS sending failed:

Check the APN settings of the mobile phone to confirm that the mobile phone has the correct MMS APN; Check the path: open it and click > , select the SIM card you want to check to operate.

if the APN code is correct, please turn off the WLAN to see if it can be sent normally;

if it still can't be sent normally, please install the SIM card on other mobile phones to see if you can send MMS normally;

if it still can't be sent normally, please back up the data, restore the factory settings and try again.

MMS reception failed:

Confirm whether the mobile phone has started data service. If the mobile phone is roaming, please start international roaming before starting data service;

if it is enabled, please turn off the WLAN function and try again;

if you still can't receive it normally, please install the SIM card in other mobile phones to see if you can receive MMS.

if the above method still doesn't solve the problem, please contact the operator or take the purchase invoice to the after-sales service outlets for testing.
