First, strictly control the entry of people into Thailand in Tianjin, Anyang City, Henan Province and areas where Omicron cases subsequently appeared.

1. Take the following health management measures for those who enter Thailand within 0/4 days in Tianjin: ① Carry out 14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring for six kinds of high-risk population and overflow population in the closed control area, and conduct nucleic acid detection according to close contacts; ② Conduct 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for overflow personnel in the control area, and conduct nucleic acid detection according to the second close contact; (3) home monitoring of personnel in spill prevention area 14 days, and nucleic acid detection for 3 times; ④ Other personnel were monitored at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid was detected for 3 times. Those who have been in Thailand for more than 14 days shall undergo self-health monitoring for 7 days and nucleic acid detection twice. The nucleic acid tests that have been carried out are included in the number of tests.

2. Anyang City, Henan Province, has the same control and detection measures for people entering Thailand as Tianjin City. Similar situations have occurred in other regions with reference to implementation.

Two, to carry out the investigation and detection of close contacts of Thai personnel in Tianjin and Anyang City, Henan Province.

Those who came to Thailand from Tianjin and Anyang, Henan for less than 7 days, their family members and colleagues in the same office did two nucleic acid tests; For those who stay in Thailand for more than 7 days but less than 14 days, 1 nucleic acid test shall be conducted on their family members and colleagues in the same office; For those who stay in Thailand for more than 14 days, their family members and colleagues in the same office should be monitored for health.

Third, carry out the inspection of Thai immigrants from Tianjin and other parts of Henan Province.

For those who have stayed in Thailand for more than 14 days since 2002 1 and 12 9, perform1nucleic acid detection; If the time of arrival in Thailand is less than 14 days, the nucleic acid test shall be conducted twice within 3 days.

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated. Relevant personnel should immediately take the initiative to report to their communities and units, and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention measures such as nucleic acid detection, health monitoring and isolation control. Those who refuse to report, cooperate or hinder the prevention and control of the epidemic will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

During the Spring Festival, the number of people is increasing. Please ask the general public not to stay in Thailand or go out of the province unless necessary, and not to go to cities where high-risk areas are located and cities with reported cases unless necessary. If you really need to travel, please be sure to do personal protection throughout.
