What if the information of Huawei's mobile phone can't be opened?

Try to brush the machine, or shut it down and restart it.

The mobile phone information cannot be opened as follows:

1, Android phone can be tried, and at the same time, press and hold the volume up+power button to turn it on to see if it can enter recovery mode;

2. If it can enter normally, users can download the appropriate card brush package from Huawei official website or mobile forum and import it into the root directory of mobile phone memory card for later use;

3. Then enter the recovery interface. Turn it off first, then press the volume and power button until the recovery interface appears.

4. Double clearing after entering the recovery mode, no matter whether the mobile phone is restored by the system itself or by a third party, as long as there are two items: erasing data/factory reset and erasing cache partition;

5. Select Erase Data/Restore Factory Settings to erase all data, that is, restore factory settings, then press the power-on key to confirm, and then select Yes to delete all data. If yes, erase all data.

6. Select to erase the cache partition, then press the power key to confirm, and then select Yes-to erase the cache.
