The first step: violation handling.

3. If a motor vehicle is recorded with illegal information by electronic monitoring equipment due to traffic violations, the traffic violator or the owner or manager of the vehicle may, after learning the illegal information, take his driver's license and vehicle driving license to the traffic violation processing window of the traffic police brigade for processing.

Step 2: Pay the fine at the designated bank outlets (list of outlets where Beihai Construction Bank pays traffic violation fines).

Article 88 Penalties for road traffic safety violations include: warning, fine, suspension or revocation of motor vehicle driving license, and detention.
