How to reset the service password of China Mobile?

1. Take sending SMS to reset the password of China mobile service as an example, open the SMS application, edit the "password service" SMS and send it to10086;

2. Click on the URL link in the SMS content replied by 10086 to open a new page;

3. In the opened intelligent question-and-answer page, click the "Password Service" tab at the bottom of the page to get the information feedback of the system;

4. Next, you can see the short message code for resetting the service password displayed on the page, and send it to10086 with this short message code;

5. Next, edit the short message "CZSJMM# ID number # new password # new password" and send it to10086;

6. Finally, we will receive a message from 10086, telling us that the password of the mobile phone service has been reset successfully.
