What are the steps to update the personal information of China Bank Yin Kexintong applet?

Bank of China BOC customer ICT applet updates customer information;

"BOC ICT" personal information improvement and modification applet supports individual customers to improve other personal information except name, ID number, nationality and mobile phone number online. Specifically, there are gender, certificate validity period, permanent address, telephone number, occupation, monthly income, certificate address, unit name, industry, date of birth and nationality.

Among them, nationality, date of birth, gender, validity period of ID card, and ID card image uploaded by you are recognized by the issuing authority, and automatic filling does not support modification.

To update customer information through applets:

1, enter the "China Bank Customer Communication" WeChat applet;

2. Sign a privacy policy agreement;

3. Upload a valid second-generation ID card image;

4. Turn on the camera and complete face recognition according to the interface prompts;

5. Complement and improve the identity information of individual customers, in which the validity period of the ID card is returned by identifying the ID card image and automatically updated;

6. Sign and confirm the revised information. Click Submit after confirmation, and the customer information is modified successfully.
