2. Fill in the application form and stamp it with the official seal of the organization (if there is no official seal, the person in charge will sign it)

3. Fax the form and exchange the original copy or mail it to the Information and Business Development Department of Guangzhou Youth League Committee (408, Youth League Committee, No. 875 Renmin North Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou)

4. Approval

5. After passing the approval, the "Volunteer Time" management account and password will be notified by SMS, and relevant training materials and training QQ group number will also be sent by email.
