2. Personal filing

1. Personal website filing information authenticity verification form. Need to fill in: name of website organizer, website type, website domain name, signature and date. Others are filled in by the access provider.

4. Real photos taken in front of the commercial curtain.

5. Signed information security management agreement. Submit personal registration information to the access provider, usually items 1, 2, 3, and 4. The access chamber of commerce will verify the personal filing information based on the website description. When filing a personal website, it is recommended to fill in the personal content information in the website description item in order to quickly pass the initial review. After passing the online preliminary review, the access provider will ask you to send the information. Prepare 2 copies each of items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and mail them to the access provider via express delivery. Of course, if the website has been completed, you must ensure that the content of the website matches the description, otherwise the access chamber will ask you to modify it, which wastes valuable time. When the access provider confirms that the information received is consistent with the website and is accurate, it will be uploaded to the local communications bureau. Under normal circumstances, you will get the registration number within 20 working days.

Article 2 These regulations shall apply to the provision and use of short message services within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Article 3 The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is responsible for the supervision and management of short message services nationwide. The communications administration bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government are responsible for the supervision and management of short message services within their respective administrative regions. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the communications bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government are collectively referred to as telecommunications management agencies.

Article 4 Those who provide and use short message services must abide by laws, administrative regulations and relevant provisions of telecommunications management agencies, and shall not use short message services to engage in illegal activities.

Article 5: Encourage relevant industry associations to formulate self-regulatory management systems for short message services in accordance with the law, and guide members to strengthen self-regulatory management.
