In order to restore normal production and living order, the normalized epidemic prevention and control measures were strictly implemented.

From now on, except for those in Qingxu County and other counties (cities, districts) sealed control areas and control areas, other people in Taiyuan City will leave in an orderly manner with negative nucleic acid test certificate and green health code within 48 hours before leaving, and if the destination policy allows, there is no need to issue a certificate of leaving. If you have a history of living in a high-risk area within 14 days, you will be given a red code, and the "14+7" centralized isolation medical observation measures will be implemented. After the isolation period expires, there will be no abnormal automatic decoding; If there is a history of residence in the county (street, township) where the middle and high risk area is located within 14 days, it will be given a red code, and the "14+7" home isolation medical observation measures will be implemented, and there will be no abnormal automatic decoding after the isolation period expires; If there is a case report within 14 days, but the history of residence in the county (street, township, municipality directly under the Central Government) where the risk level has not been adjusted, it will be given a red code, and the "7+5" home isolation medical observation measures will be implemented, and there will be no abnormal automatic decoding after the isolation period expires;

Taiyuan's latest entry and exit policy:

(1) The "14+7" centralized isolation medical observation shall be carried out for those who have returned (arrived) from areas with medium and high risk and key epidemic areas (adjusted dynamically according to the judgment) within 14 days.

(2) For those who have reported cases within 14 days but have not adjusted their risk level, the "first drop point" control and point-to-point return shall be implemented, and the "7+5" home or health station isolation medical observation shall be implemented.

(3) "nucleic acid sampling+antigen detection" shall be conducted at the first landing point for those who have returned (arrived) and merged in areas without epidemic situation. If the antigen test is negative, it will not be returned from point to point. Wait at home or at the station before the nucleic acid test result comes out. If the nucleic acid test result is negative, it can flow under the premise of personal protection to avoid aggregation, and carry out nucleic acid test twice every 24 hours after landing ("three days and three inspections"). If the tester fails to assign a yellow code on time, decode and transcode after testing as required. If the antigen test is positive, it will be immediately transported to the centralized isolation hotel, and the nucleic acid test will be carried out twice every 24 hours. After all the test results are negative, the isolation will be lifted.
