According to the provisions of this article, when the electricity user fails to pay the electricity bill within the time limit, that is, when the electricity user is in arrears, the power supply enterprise cannot stop the power supply immediately, and can only cut off the power supply according to the procedures stipulated by the state after the electricity user has been in arrears for 30 days.
