How to set up automatic reply language in computer version of Niu Qian

1. Open the PC version of Niu Qian and log on in the workbench mode.

2. Click the Customer Service Workbench.

3. Click on the robot in the upper right corner.

4. The robot interface has two options: semi-automatic and fully automatic. The main account can only set semi-automatic reply, and the sub-account can set full automatic reply, but the setting method is the same. The following is a demonstration of the main account settings.

Automatic reply setting method of Niu Qian Want Want mode

1. Log in to Niu Qian in Want Want mode, click the Settings button in the lower right corner, and select Settings.

2. In the setting interface, click the "Auto-reply Settings" option under "Customer Service Settings" in turn to enter the "Auto-reply Phrase" setting interface. Click the Add button to add an autoresponder phrase.

3. Enter the detailed automatic reply content, and click Save to exit.

4. Switch to the "Set Automatic Reply" interface and set automatic reply phrases for each scene in turn.
