First, the scope of reward for reporting

Conceal any person who has lived in a high-risk area in China, lived abroad, and has a medical history and close contact history within 28 days;

Persons who fail to report in time or implement isolation control measures are allowed to enter China from high-risk areas and overseas;

Relevant key personnel who did not strictly implement the control measures for home medical observation as required and went out privately during home medical observation;

No fever clinic, all kinds of medical institutions at all levels illegally accept fever patients.

Second, the way of reporting.

If the above situation is found, the general public can truthfully report the name, identity information, detailed residential address, medical institution name and address to the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters by telephone according to the principle of territoriality.

Third, the reward standard

If the reported clues are verified, each clue will be rewarded with 500-5000 yuan. If the same clue is reported by more than one person, only the first informant will be rewarded. Incentive funds paid by the county people's government.

For those who have not voluntarily reported those who have lived in high-risk areas or overseas, and those who have accepted and sheltered the above-mentioned personnel without reporting, after verification, each clue will be rewarded with RMB 500 yuan.

If a medical institution that has not set up a fever clinic reports the illegal reception of fever patients, after verification, each clue will be rewarded with RMB 500 yuan.

Report the history of close contact with confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19; Those who violate the relevant regulations, enter and leave public places, participate in mass activities and endanger public safety during home medical observation and health monitoring, and if they are verified, each clue will be rewarded with RMB 1000-2000 yuan.

Informants who provide important information for effectively preventing major risks of epidemic prevention and control and eliminating major hidden dangers will be rewarded with 2000-5000 yuan for each clue after verification.

If the nucleic acid test of fever patients reported or referred by the village clinic or individual clinic is positive, the village clinic or individual clinic will be rewarded with 5000 yuan.
