If there is no sound in the received message, you can troubleshoot it as follows:

1. Check whether the mute mode is turned on: Settings-Sound and Vibration-Mute-Turn on the complete mute function;

2. Check whether the phone has turned on the Do Not Disturb mode: Set-Do Not Disturb mode;
