Some settings of ringtone, theme, scene mode, alarm clock and font are restored to the factory state. The contents in the memory card, such as downloaded applications or SIM cards, such as SMS, will not be deleted.

1. When the box is powered on (the first three seconds), please keep pressing the left button of the remote control. 2. Turn it to the penultimate item with the remote control, and click OK when you see "Reset" to confirm the factory settings. 3. Choose the penultimate item, indicating yes. 4. Wait for the factory settings to be restored. Finally, select the first project to restart!
