1. Bidding conditions

The construction supervision project of the power line relocation and reconstruction project involved in the reconstruction and expansion project of Changhan Expressway has been approved by the Ministry of Transport of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China. The tenderee (project owner) is Changzhi Expressway Co., Ltd., and the construction funds have been secured. The project has met the bidding conditions, and now the construction supervision of this project is subject to public bidding.

Project Construction Location: Suburb, Lucheng and Licheng.

Bidding scope: 220KV line relocation, 1 10KV line relocation, Lucheng (including suburbs) line relocation of 35KV and below, Licheng line relocation of 35KV and below.

Planned construction period: 250 calendar days after signing the contract.

Bid division: This project is a bid.

3. Qualification requirements of bidders

3. 1 This tender requires bidders to have Grade A qualification of power engineering supervision, and have corresponding construction supervision ability in terms of personnel, equipment and funds. Among them, the bidder intends to be the chief supervision engineer of this project, with the qualification certificate of national electric power professional supervision engineer, and has not served as the project director of other projects supervised.

3.2 The consortium bid is not accepted in this tender.

4. Bidding registration and bidding documents acquisition

4. 1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding must hold a valid business license, qualification certificate, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, qualification certificate of project chief supervision engineer and registration certificate, and the relevant certificates are equal to September 25th, 20 14 to September 30th, 20 14 (except legal public holidays and holidays).
