Second, the interview method

Candidates are requested to carefully read the online interview instructions for open recruitment of staff in some institutions directly under the municipal government in 2002 1 (hereinafter referred to as the interview instructions, see annex1) and complete the interview according to the following requirements.

2. Conduct a mock interview from May 4th to May 6th. Candidates can log in to the system for a mock interview from 10: 00 to 24: 00 every day. Everyone can only participate once a day. If you encounter problems in the mock interview, please submit them through the "Zhikaoyun Customer Service Platform" or call the technical consultation number 400-088-0028.
3. On May 8th, a formal interview will be held at the public post from 9: 30 to 9: 40, and the teacher post will be at 9: 00- 10: 15. Candidates are requested to log in to the examination system 30 minutes in advance. Candidates are not allowed to leave the surveillance video range from 5 minutes before the interview starts to the end. After the interview begins, if the candidate still fails to log in to the interview system or forcibly quits the system during the interview, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the interview qualification. Candidates can bring a pen and a blank A4 paper during the interview.
Interview score 100, 60 points or above is qualified. Unqualified persons are not allowed to enter the medical examination. If the number of people participating in the interview is less than or equal to the planned recruitment, the interview score must reach 70 points, and those who do not reach 70 points are not allowed to enter the medical examination.
Third, determine the candidates for medical examination
According to the total score (total score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%), the physical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
If the total score is tied, the one with the highest written test score is preferred; If the written test results are still the same, try the interview again and sort them according to the test results.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The specific instructions in the Instructions for Interview and the Measures for Identifying and Handling Interview Violations (see Annex 2) attached to this announcement have the same effect as the contents of the main body of the announcement.
2. Candidates must carefully read the "Interview Instructions" and prepare for the interview as required. When downloading the software to simulate the interview, read each operation file carefully. If you do not follow the requirements, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
3. Candidates must carefully read the "Identification and Handling Measures for Disciplinary Actions in Interviews" and strictly abide by various disciplinary requirements. Monitor the whole process of formal interview in real time, and record screens and videos. Anyone who violates the examination discipline will be dealt with severely according to the regulations.
4. Before the formal interview is over, candidates must ensure that the registered mobile phone number is unblocked. If you can't receive text messages and answer the phone, it may affect the smooth progress of the interview.
