1, employer application process

(2) The system automatically provides the employee information (name and ID number) that meets the requirements. The applicant can complete the application by checking the employee staying in Hangzhou (supporting batch import of forms), supplementing the employee's personal mobile phone number, and making a credit commitment to the employee staying in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival. (In addition to the list generated by the system, if you need to fill in the qualified employees, you can directly add the employees staying in Hangzhou and fill in the relevant information. )

(3) After the applicant applies, the system will feed back the audit. If it passes, the system will notify employees by SMS; If the audit fails, the applicant may apply for objection handling through the prompt information, and supplement the relevant certification materials. Objection applications are manually reviewed by staff.

(4) During the declaration period, the system supports enterprises to declare for many times. This employee has already declared, and cannot declare for the second time.

2, flexible employment and new business practitioners to declare the process

(1) Flexible employees and new employees can log in to Zhejiang Office APP through their personal mobile phone numbers and search for "Pro-Youth Online". In the column of "Policy Exchange", click "electronic certificate, an employee in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival" to declare.

(2) The system will automatically prompt the applicant whether it meets the requirements. Eligible applicants can complete the declaration after filling in their mobile phone number and making a credit commitment to stay in Hangzhou.

(3) After individual application, the system will feed back the review and payment. If approved, notify the applicant by SMS; If the audit fails, you can apply for objection handling through the prompt information and supplement the relevant supporting materials. Objection applications are manually reviewed by government staff.
