How to activate Bank of China’s corporate transaction SMS reminder

SMS notification activation for Bank of China corporate customers:

Both local and foreign currency accounts can activate Bank of China Corporate SMS Notification, but customers must open a corporate RMB current settlement account with Bank of China as a payment account. Currently, only foreign currency accounts can be opened with Bank of China. Those who do not have a RMB current account cannot open one. When corporate customers apply for corporate SMS messaging products, they should submit the following information:

1. If a corporate SMS messaging product is opened at the same time as a new corporate settlement account with Bank of China, in addition to the account opening information, , the following materials should be provided:

(1) "Letter of Authorization" (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative/person in charge.

(2) Signed "Bank Settlement Account Management and Comprehensive Products and Services Agreement for RMB Units of Bank of China Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), and "Articles of Comprehensive Products and Services for Bank of China Ltd. Units" (hereinafter referred to as "Articles") and submitted to the stamped unit The "Signature Form for the Comprehensive Service Agreement for Unit Bank Settlement Accounts" (hereinafter referred to as the "Signature Form") signed by the official seal and the legal representative/person in charge.

(3) "Application Form for Comprehensive Products and Services of Corporate Banking of Bank of China Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form") stamped with the official seal of the unit or reserved bank seal and check the corresponding text message box field.

(4) Original and copy of the identity document of the legal representative or person in charge of the unit and the authorized person.

(5) The original and copy of the identity document of the recipient of the mobile phone message filled in the "Application Form".

2. If an existing customer who has opened a corporate bank settlement account with the Bank of China opens a corporate text message product for the first time, the following materials specified in this article should be provided:

(1) "Authorization" Letter" (if necessary), stamped with the official seal of the unit and the signature of the legal representative.

(2) For existing customers who have signed the new version of the "Agreement" and "Articles of Association", if they subsequently apply for comprehensive product services, the customer only needs to submit an "Application" stamped with the official seal of the company or reserved bank seal. (3) For existing customers who have not signed the new version of the "Agreement" and "Articles of Association", when applying for comprehensive product services, they should submit an "Application Form" stamped with the official seal of the unit or reserved bank seal. (5) The original and copy of the identity document of the recipient of the mobile phone message filled in the "Application Form".
