1. Open the homepage of mobile banking APP.

2. Click the "All" option on the home page.

3. Find the option of "Account Flow" in "Account Service".

4. Click on "print by running water", fill in the starting and ending time of running water bill, receiving email address and other information according to the prompt, and submit the application.
