Why can't I complete the registration by making an online reservation at the National Museum of Beijing, and all the information is filled in correctly?

1. Please fill in the real and valid information when registering (please fill in the real name exactly the same as the certificate). You need to verify the registration information when you get the reserved free tickets. If the information filled in at the time of registration is incorrect and can't match the valid ID card, you won't be able to get a free visit ticket for online reservation;

2. The information registered here is only used for booking free tickets to the National Museum and will not be used for any other purpose;

3. Valid identification documents include: ID card, passport, military officer's card, soldier's card, driver's license, student's card (primary and secondary school students) (if preschool children don't have relevant documents, please choose ID card as the type of document, and please fill in the ID number in the household registration book).

4. Don't use the same certificate to register users multiple times. Please remember your login name and password after successful registration. If you forget your password, you can get a temporary password through the email submitted at the time of registration. Please change your password as soon as possible after logging in with a temporary password.
