1. Charging standards

1. SMS service is 3 yuan per month and 20 yuan per year;

2. The handling fee for single online banking is 33 Yuan;

3. Mobile banking is free for the first month, and will cost 3 Yuan each month thereafter. It is recommended that you log in to WAP.CCB.COM with your mobile phone to cancel after one month.

2. How to cancel

1. Dial the CCB service hotline 95533, then press 8 to enter other services, then press 3 to enter the SMS contract service, and enter the account and information according to the voice prompts , and then select key 2 to cancel the SMS service.

2. For cancellation consultation at the bank counter, please bring relevant documents to cancel at the counter.

3. Edit the text message to cancel. Edit the text message: "QXZH# last four digits of the card number" and send it to 95533. After receiving the confirmation text message, the text message service is successfully canceled.

4. Cancellation of online banking. If you have opened online banking, you can cancel the SMS service function through online banking. First enter the account, login password and verification code to log in to online banking. After successfully logging into online banking, click Security Center. Then click SMS Service, select SMS Verification Service, and then select Cancel to successfully cancel the SMS service function.
