5. Operator network failure, mobile phone number information shielding, not in service area at that time, etc.

Exception in receiving SMS in message service. Please handle it according to the following methods: (1) Please empty the SMS inbox, delete the interception software, shut down 10 minutes and then restart; (2) If you still can't receive it after the operation, you can put the mobile phone card in other mobile phones to rule out whether it is an abnormal mobile phone; (3) If cashier or online banking has been opened at the counter, you can re-sign the contract through online banking "All-Assistant-SMS Notification-Maintenance/Cancellation" or "Certificate Login-Security-Message Service"; (4) If the account is unsuccessful or not opened, the householder can bring his valid ID card and registered account (debit card or quasi-credit card) to cancel and reopen at any branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and the current settlement passbook can be handled at any branch of the first-tier branch where the account bank is located.
