Why can't I send text messages abroad?

If you have started international roaming, but you can't send overseas SMS, you can remove the obstacles by the following methods:

1. Please check whether the SMS settings are correct;

2. When sending short messages to international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan users, the sending format is "00+ opposite country code+opposite number" or "+opposite country code+opposite number";

3. In some countries and regions, the network only supports "00" transmission mode;
