Paragraph 4 of Article 6 of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations stipulates that anyone who carries equipment with the function of sending or receiving information during the examination shall be deemed as cheating in the examination. The results of all stages and subjects registered for the examination are invalid, that is, zero points are counted. Different provinces have different standards for identifying cheating papers in art exams. For example, if Spray Fixative is used in Shanghai's test paper, it will be considered as a cheating paper, while Hebei's test paper will be considered as a cheating paper if there are objects that don't exist in the test paper or marks are added around the pictures and test paper.
