1. Overseas personnel entering Huan must report their residence history, contact history and health status to their village at the first time.

Three, overseas personnel to huan, must be 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation, special circumstances approved by the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters, can implement home isolation medical observation.

Four. Overseas personnel who have joined Huanhuan should verify their identity and declare their health through the Shandong electronic health password "Lailu Declaration" module in time, and cooperate with the resident in the village to carry out home follow-up work.

5. Hotels, hotels, etc. The obligation to register and report the temporary residence of overseas residents should be strictly implemented, and the reception unit, village and rental owner should report the health status, activity track and contact personnel of overseas residents to the epidemic prevention and control department and the public security organ in a timely manner.

Six, the public security organs will strictly investigate the legal responsibility of the parties and their relatives or their units for failing to declare voluntarily, deliberately concealing information or refusing to accept isolated medical observation, which leads to the spread of the epidemic and endangers public safety.

7. If it is found that overseas personnel do not declare information or are suspected of evading isolated medical observation, the masses are encouraged to report to the public security organs or relevant epidemic prevention and control departments at the first time.
