Step 1: Users need to go to the outlets of Agricultural Bank of China or China Construction Bank to handle the ETC business, complete the signing of the service agreement, and specify the vehicle deduction account. Individual users need credit cards, and enterprise users need capital accounts.

Step 2: After signing the contract, two working days later, the user will drive the contracted vehicle to the customer service outlet designated by the expressway management company with the tripartite agreement signed by the bank and related materials (see below) for installation.

Handle ETC related materials: copy of ID card and driving license (original), road and bridge certificate and bank agreement; Company users also need a copy of organization code certificate (with official seal) or business license (with official seal), power of attorney or letter of introduction (with official seal).
