Recently, I learned that the epidemic situation in your country is constantly developing, and the people in my hometown feel the same and are extremely anxious. For the physical and mental health of fellow villagers, our warm tips are as follows:

First, home is the best protection. Domestic prevention and control experience proves that home is the best protection. Please travel as little as possible, stop by, get together and protect yourself at home.

Second, aggregated traffic is the biggest risk. A large number of cases have proved that long-distance travel by international flights is extremely risky. For the health and safety of you, your family and friends, please try to avoid unnecessary movement.

Third, real-name registration is the most responsible measure. If you really need to return to China, please scan the QR code at least 48 hours before returning to China for pre-declaration. Please always wear a mask. If you have a fever on the way, you should promptly inform the crew for help and take special measures. Those who do not take the initiative to report truthfully and refuse to cooperate with the prevention and control work, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Fourth, medical observation is the most basic prevention. Shandong Province is now in a state of secondary response to major public health emergencies, and classified prevention and control measures are taken for those who have recently returned to China. Those who have returned to Shandong, please take the initiative to report to the village where the destination is located, and actively cooperate with medical observation.

Five, mutual assistance is everyone's responsibility. Overseas Chinese delegations should give full play to their organizational advantages, establish WeChat groups, volunteer teams and other forms to exchange information and help each other.
