China Telecom Card Loss Reporting Method

Telecom customer service hotline and telecom business hall report the loss, according to China Telecom Network.

1. Users should call the telecom customer service hotline 10000 as prompted to report the loss of their mobile phone cards. In the process of reporting the loss, relevant information such as identity certificate should be provided.

2. When the user goes to the telecom business hall, he/she will report the loss of the mobile phone card with his/her identity certificate and other relevant documents, and the staff of the business hall will report the loss for the user.
