What happened to the text message?

If your mobile phone receives a multimedia message that cannot be downloaded, we suggest that you:

1. As the MMS service needs to be transmitted through the data service, please ask the customer to confirm whether the data Internet service is enabled.

2. Some intelligent operating systems need to start data services to receive MMS: Applications-Settings-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Mobile Data.

3. It may be that the MMS parameters are wrong, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive MMS. Enter the application-Settings-More Networks-Mobile Networks-Access Point Name-Menu key in the lower left corner-reset to the default value.

I suggest you send yourself a short message with a picture to see if you can receive it normally.

5. If you still can't download the MMS content, there may be something wrong with the SIM/USIM card. It is recommended to try to replace another SIM/USIM card.

6. If the above operations can't be solved, please back up the important data in the mobile phone and try to restore it to the factory settings (Settings-Reset (Privacy)).
