At present, according to the regulations, non-drug dealers are not allowed to sell drugs, and the network is a virtual space, so you can't apply to be a drug dealer. Therefore, unlicensed drug dealers are not allowed to sell drugs online. Violators who violate Article 27 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law shall be fined NT$ 30,000 to NT$ 654.38 and NT$ 500,000.

It may also violate Article 65 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law: "Non-pharmaceutical operators may not advertise drugs.
