At the same time, it coordinated relevant functional departments to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, promoted the resolution of a number of practical difficulties related to enterprises' resumption of work and production, and contributed to winning the epidemic prevention and control war and accelerating the recovery of economic and social development.

Main scope:

(a) the provincial, municipal and county levels should simultaneously release 24-hour complaints and reports to the public, and promptly accept and quickly deal with the problems reflected by the masses.
