What is the reason for reporting the epidemic?

In order to effectively prevent the risk of imported COVID-19 epidemic, effectively protect the life, health and safety of the people in the county, and avoid public officials from being infected when they go out, the matters concerning public officials' going out for leave are explained as follows:

1. Provisions on leave for reporting going out: All public servants (all public servants referred to in this notice are staff members of all party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the county) who go out on business, visit, study or for personal reasons must submit the Approval Form for Leave for Going Out for Public Servants during Normalized Epidemic Period and go through the formalities of leave reporting.

(a) the main person in charge of the unit must go out and report to the county leaders for approval.

(two) other public officials go out, must be reported to the main person in charge of the unit for examination and approval, and reported to the office of the unit for the record.

Second, the relevant requirements:

(a) all public officials are not allowed to go out in principle because of non-work needs and special reasons. If you really need to go, don't go to the epidemic area in principle. You must do a good job in the whole process of vaccination in COVID-19 and strengthen vaccination according to relevant requirements.

(2) Public officials who go out on vacation must strictly protect themselves during the period of going out and report their activities and physical health in a timely and truthful manner.

(3) After going out to return to inflammation, public officials must carry out nucleic acid testing as soon as possible and implement control measures as required, and at the same time report the cancellation of leave to their units or communities.

(4) Those who do not voluntarily declare, deliberately conceal information, and refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control regulations, thus causing the epidemic to spread and endangering public safety, shall be strictly investigated for legal responsibility.

(5) This Directive shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
