Why can't my mobile phone make calls and send text messages?

1. If some calls cannot be made, it is recommended to check the blacklist or third-party security management software attached to the mobile phone, and take anti-harassment interception settings and try again.

2. If you can't make all calls:

(1) Check whether the call forwarding service is enabled. It is recommended to cancel all call forwarding and try again;

(2) It may be caused by network mode switching. It is suggested to switch the network mode again or restart the phone directly to try again;

(3) If the above methods are ineffective, it is recommended to replace the mobile phone for testing. If the problem still exists, it is recommended to report the problem to the local customer service department.
