2. If the mobile phone number is correct:

(1) Please confirm that the receiving mobile phone can be used normally and the signal of the local operator is normal.

(2) It is recommended to check whether the software for intercepting short messages is installed on the mobile phone, or try to restart the mobile phone after turning it off.
