How much is the fine for illegal parking in Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province?

The "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates in Chapter 7, Article 93:

"For violations of road traffic safety laws and regulations, If a motor vehicle is parked or temporarily parked, the traffic police or the relevant management department should first point out the illegal behavior and give a verbal warning to the driver to drive away immediately. A fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed on the pedestrian, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a location that does not obstruct traffic or parked at a location designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
